Hi, I am Felicia a certified mindset & holistic coach, creator of The Wlnes Method and I am on a mission to empower and prompt you to live your life at their fullest. Life is too short and why not start creating the life of your dreams already today?

Well, that was at least the question I started asking myself when I was at my bottom. I have been struggling with loss of my dad which gave me a lot of stress and responsibility, which in turn manifested into my body. Symptoms like allergies, eczema, rosacea, hives, gut issues and more. These only became worse when I was working too much and not taking care of myself and resulting in almost being burnt out. I was living in a constant fight and flight mode. I then remembered that life is too short and life could change at an instant, just as it did for me many years ago when I lost my dad. I then begun to realize, when I told myself better lies my mindset started to changed and so did my life. Thus, I realized how strong the mind is and that we tell ourselves stories everyday that could either make your life so much better or so much worse. In turn, also make your body sick, like it did with mine. When I started to work on my mind and thoughts, things really started to shift and I saw life through a different lens and so did my skin, gut and immune system. If I can change my life, so can you. 

I hope to be your gardener in your life and watch you step into your highest self. Remember you have all the power within you and nobody is you.

What is mindset & holistic coaching, and how can it benefit me? 

Mindset and holistic coaching focus on mental and emotional well-being, considering the whole person. They can enhance self-awareness, goal-setting, and overall life balance.

What kind of support and resources will be available for me? 

Except the 6 x 11: coaching sessions, there will also be 6 modules (released bi-weekly). The modules include, video recordings (introduction of each module), pre-recorded EFT + Meditation + Breathwork recordings. Along this there will also be workbooks and journal guides for your support. Possibly check-ins with  me between each session will also be available. 

What is the difference between a coach and a therapist? 

A mindset & holistic coach focuses on goal-setting and personal development, emphasizing positive change and behavioral change. Focusing a lot on the present moment and the future. A therapist specializes in diagnosing and treating mental health issues, addressing emotional struggles and past traumas through therapy techniques. Focusing mostly on the past. I do not clinically treat and give you a diagnosis like a therapist does. Please seek medical help if that sounds like it is more suitable to you. 

How do I know if the coaching program is the right fit for me? 

An initial consultation helps you determine if the program aligns with your needs and goals. I would also recommend you to read the section about "Is this coaching program for you?" and see if you recognize yourself in any of those questions. 

What kind of qualifications and experience do I have as a coach? 

I got my certification from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. I am also EFT certified and a daily practitioner of meditation. 

What if I do not want to join the TWM program and only do a shorter program?

I suggest you to first schedule a consultation call and we can adjust from there. 

How long does the coaching program last, and how frequently are the sessions held? 

The TWM coaching program is individual and lasts for 3-months. It includes 6 x 1:1 coaching sessions (an hour each) and are held bi-weekly. 

What is the cost of the coaching program, and are there any different pricing options available? 

Pricing will be discussed during you first initial pricing calls. I offer payment plans.
